In general
Creating multilingual fields always comprises two steps:
- Create the field and save & exit it
- Edit it again to add the translations
Provide translations for survey texts (Title, Instructions, Response)
Note: due to the functioning of the Multilingual module and the setup of REDCap at ZHAW, the Survey Response does not work as expected. Workaround: use the Survey settings to specify the text in all wished languages.
Create field survey_text_[Survey name]
Edit
and add your texts

Tip: Usage of the Rich Text Editor
Use the Rich Text Editor of the Field Label to create formatted text components. Do your translations in this field.
Uncheck the box to see the HTML code of it.
Copy and paste the text components into the fields for each language
